Downloading Collaborate recordings via Moodle LTI

I'm using Carlos Suarez's excellent Python script (https://github.com/zerausolrac/PyCollab/) to bulk download recordings from our Collaborate instance and it's working great with the Recordings Report spreadsheet and with session IDs but not with Moodle course IDs. 


Looking at the script, I can see that this function works by looking at the context objects in the API so I did a GET request to check our context data in the API but it keeps returning as empty. 


Am I misunderstanding how this works? I'd expected Moodle course data to be context objects that would let me download by course ID.
