Sharing Blackboard Collaborate Ultra recording issues

From v20.16, the way of handling secure recordings is changed.

We use Blackboard Learn with the Collaborate Ultra Building Block and LTI integration.

So if a recording is not Public Access, only enrolled students and staff in a module can view the recording.

However, we noticed that there are potential problems when supporting the use case that instructors do not want to share the whole Collaborate Ultra area but only want enrolled students to view some specific recordings within a module.

I wonder if your users have raised the potential security problems. 

Aim: instructors do not want to share the whole Collaborate Ultra area in a course but only want enrolled students to view some specific recordings in a course.  
First, they do following steps.

In this way, the problem is the student can share the recording link with anyone who is not enrolled in the course.

This is not what instructors expected, however they have to enable Public Access of the recording if they want to share a recording link.
